Warranty Terms

Your Lanzona ball machine (the "Product") comes with an extended 3-year warranty from the date of purchase (2-year warranty for commercial use), except for the battery, which is warranted for 1 year. This period will be referred to as the "Warranty Period."

REMEDIES

If a defect arises and you need to request a return authorization within the applicable Warranty Period, Lanzona will, at its discretion and within the limits of the law, either repair the Product free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the Product with a new or refurbished one.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To make a warranty claim, you must request a return authorization by contacting Lanzona via email at [email protected]. Lanzona may require proof of purchase details as required by applicable law. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product to Lanzona, including packaging, shipping, and applicable taxes.

LIMITATIONS

This Warranty does not apply to a Product or any part of a Product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone unauthorized by Lanzona. It also does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents. Additionally, this Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, mishandling, natural disasters, or other external causes; normal wear and tear or aging of the Product, such as discoloration; unauthorized repairs or attempted repairs; or operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Lanzona, not following the instructions provided by Lanzona, or with improper voltage or power supply.
